In 2023, Workride became the first organisation in New Zealand to be granted a pre-tax salary sacrifice program, formally approved by Inland Revenue through a Binding Ruling. Since then, additional binding rulings have expanded the program to include financed options, giving organisations more flexibility to support their people.
