From a simple idea to a nationwide platform.

When Steven Zinsli founded Extraordinary in 2021, it was to solve a challenge almost every organisation faced but few had named: the disjointed world of employee benefits. They’ve been scattered across platforms with heavy admin, little utilisation, and limited visibility for tracking.

Steven knew there was a better way. His first venture, HealthNow, gave employees funded access to healthcare and wellness support. It proved what was possible when technology and empathy work together, and it sparked a bigger vision.

What if the same idea of one seamless system for distribution, utilisation, and reporting could apply to every benefit a business offers?

That vision became Extraordinary
