Yes, companies can set up multiple allowances or a single allowance with different tier amounts (e.g., a Lifestyle Spending Account with $250 for part-time employees and $500 for full-time employees).
No, employees use one Extraordinary card across all modules. Commuter Benefits, Lifestyle Spending Accounts, Rewards & Recognition, and One Off Payments, wherever Mastercard is accepted across the US.
Employees can use their Extraordinary card in the approved categories set by their employer. For example, Commuter Benefits for transit and parking, Lifestyle Spending Accounts for wellness and fitness, and Rewards & Recognition for a wide range of retailers — as long as they accept Mastercard.
